Eligibility

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be legally capable of entering into contracts
  • Employees or representatives of BlueFig Healthcare Ltd are not eligible
  • Participation requires full compliance with program policies

Annual Gold & Platinum Loyalty Awards (“Rightful”)

Distributors who reach Gold or Platinum Tier status within a 12-month period become eligible for the Annual Rightful Award Program, which includes exciting opportunities and grand prizes.

Eligibility:

  • Gold Tier: Minimum of 8,000 points within one business year
  • Platinum Tier: Minimum of 15,000 points within one business year

Awards & Recognition:

  • Eligible participants stand a chance to win a brand-new car
  • Top Performer Award:
    The Gold or Platinum distributor who triples their point total within the year automatically qualifies to receive a brand-new vehicle
  • Winners are carefully selected and officially announced during our Annual Awards Ceremony, following a thorough verification of performance data.
  • The BlueFig Governing Board reserves the right to determine the number of vehicles awarded each year

Additional Terms

  • Point Validity:
    Points are awarded only for validated codes from genuine product sales. Fraudulent or duplicate code submissions will be disqualified.
  • Minimum Withdrawal:
    You must accumulate at least 50 points to withdraw earnings.
  • Point Value:
    Each point equals $0.40 USD
  • Termination Clause:
    Any distributor found violating policies or engaging in unethical practices may have their account suspended or terminated.
  • Intellectual Property:
    All logos, marketing materials, scratch codes, and product designs remain the property of BlueFig Healthcare Ltd and may not be reproduced without written consent.
  • Technical & Operational Liability:
    BlueFig is not responsible for losses arising from technical issues, code misuse, or miscommunication.
  • Legal & Compliance:
    Distributors must comply with all local laws, regulatory guidelines, and ethical marketing standards.
  • Dispute Resolution:
    Disputes will be resolved amicably or through formal legal processes in the appropriate jurisdiction.
